The Global Real Estate Master (GREM) Program brings together students from top international business programs and the best in real estate education to provide the unique preparation needed to become a global leader. The GREM program is an intensive, full-time commitment. All instruction is in English. There is one intake per year. Program Our semester-long program includes graduate level coursework in the following (3 credits each): Study tours: Tour major U.S. real estate markets to observe and study real estate projects in action and to network with executives and other industry leaders. Valuation and Feasibility Analysis Real Estate and Urban Land Economics Real Estate Finance Real Estate Capital Markets Commercial Real Estate Development Students must have completed 14 credits of graduatelevel study at a non-U.S. university that is recognized as a leader within its national university system. Other requirements: Students must be present for a 1 credit summer GREM orientation course in early January. Eligibility The 14 credits should include coursework in economics, finance, real estate and other areas of business.
